A new standard of design and quality living
The area was originally planned for the construction of four low-rise towers, but at the initiative of Briga the plan was changed to a luxury project of two 33-floor towers – the only residential towers in Israel with a private courtyard of about 8000 sqm for each tower. This expansive area made possible the planning of richly varied common spaces: tennis courts offering lessons and coaching, a gym, a spa with wet and dry saunas, a resto-bar with music and a perpetual vacation atmosphere, and a synagogue which has become a center of social engagement, connecting between residents and adding depth and meaning to daily life and to the community. The heart of the luxury experience is the Olympic-size pool – the largest pool of its kind in a residential building in Israel.
The height of living: duplex penthouses
The two-level penthouses embody the pinnacle of residential luxury: spacious spaces with glass walls and a panoramic view of the ocean, and an exceptional private amenities package that includes a gym, cinema room, and swimming pool with a moving floor. The penthouses were designed by Sandra Haliva and marketed as fully furnished and ready for occupancy at a premium-level standard, with meticulous attention to every detail – offering a comprehensive residential package and ready for immediate occupancy.
Above and beyond the luxury and superior quality construction, the leading property management company in Israel was selected to provide comprehensive service to the tower residents – from ongoing maintenance of the facilities to everyday help services, including car maintenance and coordinating needed services. This property management service continues and extends the project’s luxury and high-end planning after occupancy as well, providing meticulous management and support, and continuing and reflecting the project’s same high-end standard.
Briga created a residential model that combines community, quality living and meticulous architectural planning.
