At Briga’s BLUE BAY project in Netanya, the idea is simple: to create a living experience that feels like a vacation, every day. The sea is just steps away, alongside a vibrant commercial level, thoughtfully designed public spaces, and residences planned around comfort, quality and everyday life.

A Rare Location by the Sea
BRIGA BLUE BAY is located in Netanya’s developing Golden Beach neighborhood, approximately 100 meters from the shoreline, with direct access to the seaside promenade.
At a time when very little land remains available for beachfront construction in Israel, this is a rare location – one where the sea, fresh air and open views become a natural part of daily life.
The project includes five residential towers, commercial spaces, carefully designed public areas, spacious apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses – all planned and built to Briga’s high standards.
In an interview with Sara Briga, Sales & Marketing Manager at Briga, she explains that the starting point for the project went far beyond simply designing apartments.

The vision was to create a place where residents feel that every time they come home, they can slow down, relax and enjoy their surroundings. Like being on vacation – only at home.
Designed Around Everyday Life
“When we design a project, we ask ourselves what a resident’s day will look like.”
The project was planned around the residents’ everyday routine: Where will they have their morning coffee? Where will they work out? Where will they meet friends and neighbors? And how can the project create a genuine sense of community and quality of life?
Residents can simply take the elevator downstairs to the café, wine bar, mini-market or surf club located within the complex.
As part of their purchase, some residents even received a one-year membership to the surf club and a reserved beach chair – another part of the lifestyle Briga aims to create.
“Since I moved into Briga, I don’t want to leave home.”
Sara says this is one of the comments they hear repeatedly from residents. The idea is not simply to live in a residential development, but in a place that allows you to work, relax, spend time with friends and enjoy everyday life with the feeling of being on vacation.

Every Detail Shapes the Experience
The same approach guided the design decisions throughout the project. Rather than applying the same standard specification everywhere, each project – and sometimes each type of residence – receives its own design approach. Designer Dudu Cohen accompanied the project and carefully selected the finishing materials, including faucets, wall coverings, tiles, custom carpentry and finishes. Each space was given materials suited specifically to it – from tiles in different sizes to dedicated finishes for wet areas, incorporating wood, stone and 20 mm-thick tiles.

In the designed residences, mini-penthouses and penthouses, the planning focuses on the connection to the view, natural light and a sense of flow throughout the home. The color palette, lighting, finishing materials and connection between indoor and outdoor spaces were carefully selected to create a calm, elegant and timeless atmosphere.

Throughout the project, every design decision was made with one of its most important elements in mind: the sea. Every residence enjoys a sea view, and the positioning of the towers was carefully planned so that residents can enjoy the Mediterranean from every apartment and balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows, selected residences with ceiling heights of approximately five meters, and an entrance lobby with a ceiling height of approximately six meters create an immediate sense of openness, space and quality.

This same philosophy will also guide Briga’s upcoming Shirat Hayam project, which will include swimming pools, a spa, wine cellar, bar and restaurant, fitness center, tennis court and landscaped green spaces – based on the idea that the future of residential living is not only about the home itself, but about creating a complete lifestyle and making every day feel like a vacation.
