The YAM project was especially planned for those choosing to tailor their residential living experience to their new chapter in life, without giving up on quality of living and an expansive residential space. The project was born of a precise understanding of their needs: large apartments, expansive balconies overlooking the ocean, and residential surroundings offering a real sense of home – but without the maintenance and hassles entailed in maintaining a private home in a moshav. 

To provide privacy and ensure high-quality living there are only three apartments on every floor, in addition to the shared areas designed as an inviting green space. The expansive gardens, winding walking paths and greenery evoke a sense of nature within the residential complex – a place to stroll, breathe, and experience the quiet and the expanse even when living in an apartment complex. The walking paths are not only a design element, they are an integral part of everyday life, connecting the different parts of the complex and creating a pleasant walking route while providing a sense of freedom within an urban setting.    

The leisure facilities were built to be used throughout the spectrum of seasons: a covered pool for convenient use in winter as well, tennis courts, residents’ rooms, and community spaces. Each and every detail was planned to bridge the transition from life in a private home to modern living in an apartment complex – a combination of the comfort and convenience, quality and quiet characteristic of life in the moshav – within arm’s length of the ocean.
