Since 1979
Briga was established as a family business in 1979 by Zion and Sara Briga, with the Zionist vision of building the country and a deep commitment to quality and excellence. From the outset, the company chose to combine real estate development and execution under one roof – based on the understanding that full control over all project stages is the key to high-level execution, detailed planning, and personalized and meticulous service.
The Briga development – execution model enables exceptional planning and meticulous management, from the initial idea to occupancy and handing over of the key, while ensuring uncompromising quality in each and every project. The company is known as a leader in the real estate market, with financial strength and a country-wide reputation – in construction, planning, service, and the customer experience.
The company is currently managed by the founders’ children, Yaakov and Ronen Briga, who continue the family’s business tradition, and rigorously uphold the values which made the company what it is – reliability, precision and professionalism, at the highest level.
Briga focuses on the Sharon area, mainly Netanya, where the Briga family grew and laid the foundations of its real estate and community activity.
The company specializes in building luxury towers, some of the most impressive in Israel, and in development and construction projects of hotels and commercial centers – characterized by exceptional architecture and design and some of the highest-level execution standards in the real estate industry. In addition, Briga is also a leader in building boutique residential projects – not only known for their meticulous construction, but also for creating an all-encompassing residential living environment that cultivates community life, quality of life and a true sense of belonging.

BRIGA is proud to partner with the Elitzur Netanya basketball team, and to support the development of local sports and foster the young generation. We view sport as a significant educational tool, that inspires as well as cultivates the values of determination, discipline and teamwork – values that are naturally embedded in our worldview.
Beyond the achievements on the basketball court, we believe in the power of sport to connect people, to create a sense of belonging, and to lead to broad and significant community activity. For us, this is a genuine investment in the future – in supporting the upcoming generation, strengthening the local community, and leading initiatives that foster excellence, inspiration and a continuous human connection.
Standing together, on both the military and home front
Throughout the year, and particularly during the holidays, we take part in community assistance initiatives for families in need of such help. This activity includes, among other things, distributing food baskets, collaborations with local entities, and collaborative work with volunteers – out of a genuine commitment to strengthening the community fabric and to providing a sensitive and respectful response to needs arising in the field. For us, this activity expresses and reflects the values of solidarity, social responsibility and a desire to make a positive and tangible impact on people’s daily life.
Briga is proud of the many company employees who served in reserve duty and reported to the front out of a deep sense of mission and commitment. We see this as an inseparable part of the values that guide us as a company. In addition, as a company we take action to support and strengthen – through initiatives aimed at helping, enveloping and cheering on the IDF soldiers. While our actions are modest within the broader reality, they stem from the belief in the power of a unified community, that acts together, supports each other, and forges forward even in challenging times.
