The meticulously designed kitchen, crafted with complete functional precision, is by Italian brand Poliform, ordered from Italy through Habitat, with Gaggenau appliances and a natural Taj Mahal stone surface by Stone Gallery. The corridor leads to a staircase that feels like a work of art, clad in wood and natural stone, with gold-toned railings and stairs. Alongside it, numerous storage cabinets are seamlessly concealed.

All furniture is by Habitat, the bedding and textiles were custom-made for the project by Ella Decor, and the wool rugs are by Carmel Carpets. The bathrooms are clad in natural stone, and all faucets are from the AXOR series by Hansgrohe. The penthouse includes generous living spaces, a rooftop level and a private pool facing directly toward the sea, creating a true retreat against the perfect view.
