The project drew its inspiration from history and romance – the story of the Great Turkish Sultan of the Middle East who built his beloved a tower as a symbol of prestige and love. Thus the project reflects a combination of historical inspiration and modern architecture, bringing together elements from both east and west. The narrow and elegant tower creates a sense of uniqueness, as if each element of the space is part of a larger story of love and power.

The hotel, that is located on the lower floors and includes 80 rooms and a world-class designed spa, is in collaboration with the Accor international hotel network, which along with Briga set the hotel’s finishing and accessory amenities standard. The royal looking lobby, gold tones and decorative ornamentation create a prestigious and majestic ambience, while the classic European style merges with the East-inspired elements to create a unique aesthetic experience.   

The residential floors above the hotel include 54 luxury apartments of different types, offering privacy, balconies overlooking the ocean and an expansive and unique residential living experience. The joint planning of the hotel and the apartments enables the residents to enjoy international-level hotel facilities – a spa, pool, gym and restaurant – and to enrich the residential experience without incurring additional maintenance costs. The underlying planning concept was that of a mutual relationship: the hotel provides added value to the residents, and the residents are an integral part of the vitality and vibrant life of the complex.
