Briga Zion Holdings Ltd., together with its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (hereinafter: the “Briga Group” or the “Group”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and safeguarding the personal information it collects and holds about you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect information, the types of information collected, how such information is used, and the ways in which you, as the data subject, may review, update, or request the deletion of your information.

This document is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but is intended for all genders equally.

By visiting the Group’s website and/or contacting any of the Group companies through or via the internet and/or engaging with any of the Group companies, you agree that information about you may be collected, stored, and used as described in this Policy.

The legal basis for processing the information includes: performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, and legitimate interest – including improvement of services, marketing analyses, and direct marketing.

In this Policy, the term “Personal Information” means any information collected by the Group or provided to it and/or to anyone on its behalf by you or on your behalf, through which you may reasonably be identified and/or information protected under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. Such information may include, among other things, first name, last name, ID number, passport number, residential address, telephone number, email address, financial status, correspondence, online identifiers, IP address, location data, browsing details, and similar information.

You are not legally required to provide Personal Information, and providing it is done voluntarily and with your consent. However, without providing such information, the Group may be unable to offer you its services or products, or may be unable to properly handle your inquiry.

Some of the information collected does not personally identify you and is not stored together with identifying details. Such information may include, for example, usage statistics, advertisements viewed, pages visited, IP address, browser or device type, location data, and access methods.

Details provided by you will be stored in a database owned by Briga and/or anyone on its behalf, which is managed in accordance with applicable law.

If you provide Personal Information about third parties, you confirm that you have obtained their consent as required for providing such information, and you shall bear full responsibility in this regard.

Purposes

The Personal Information may be used, among other things, for the following purposes:

• To enable use of the Group’s websites;
• To provide services and products in accordance with your engagement with us;
• To contact you following your inquiry;
• To update the status of a project or process;
• To handle complaints and requests;
• To comply with legal requirements, assist competent authorities, and protect rights;
• For statistical uses, analyses, content and advertisement personalization;

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

Personal Information will not be transferred to third parties except in the following cases:

• For the purpose of providing services or fulfilling the purposes specified above;

Use of Third-Party Services for Advertising and Analytics

The Group uses services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and additional tools for analysis, advertising, campaign measurement, and content personalization. These services use cookies, identifiers, and browsing details in order to analyze website usage, display personalized content, and perform remarketing. This information is used both by the Group and by the various providers, in accordance with the privacy policies of such third parties.

The user may disable or customize the use of cookies through the browser settings or by installing dedicated add-ons, such as Google Analytics Opt-out.

Cookies

The Group’s website uses cookies and pixels for various purposes: proper functioning of the website, traffic analysis, content and advertising personalization, and improvement of the user experience. Some cookies are activated by third parties in accordance with their own policies.

Information Security

The Group implements advanced security measures, including encryption, access controls, traffic monitoring, and organizational procedures. In the event of a serious information security incident, we will notify the Privacy Protection Authority and the relevant data subjects, to the extent required by law.

Data Retention Period

Personal Information will be retained only for as long as required to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy, or for the purpose of complying with legal requirements. Thereafter, the information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with accepted standards.

Data Subject Rights

In accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, every person is entitled to review, correct, or request the deletion of Personal Information relating to them. Such a request may be submitted to Briga by email: galit@Briga.co.il.

In addition, if the information was used for direct contact with you, you may request that it be deleted from the databases.

If you are a resident of the European Union or an area in which equivalent standards apply, you may have additional rights, such as: objection to processing, data portability, restriction of processing, and filing a complaint with a local supervisory authority.

Marketing Communications

The Group may send you marketing communications, including promotions, updates, offers, and similar content, through various means and subject to your consent. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time through the link included in the communication or by contacting the Group.

Such communications may be based on analysis of browsing data, website activity, and information provided by you.

Minors

The services on the website are not intended for children under the age of 18. If Personal Information about a minor is received, we will delete it immediately upon receiving appropriate notice.

Use of Security and Safety Cameras

Security cameras, including in some cases audio and video recording, are installed in the company’s offices and at the Group’s sites through closed-circuit systems, in order to maintain security and safety for visitors to the sites and for the sites themselves, including employees and visitors, and for marketing/advertising purposes. The information recorded by the cameras is retained for the minimum period required to fulfill the purposes specified above, and in accordance with the Group’s policy.

Changes to this Policy

The Group may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website at least 7 days before they enter into effect.
