Briga is building the next family project in a new and young neighborhood in the north of Netanya. The project will consist of two boutique buildings that will make up one comprehensive and rich complex designed for families. The apartments – 4 and 5 rooms – are especially expansive and include a 20 sqm balcony, offering every family an open and pleasant private space. The project complex is planned around a common courtyard for children, with green expanses, playground equipment and venues that foster free-flowing social engagement between residents, forging friendships between the children.      

In planning the complex, emphasis was placed on tailoring the project to fully meet the needs of families – comfortable and convenient spaces, functional design, and a large internal courtyard to enrich the everyday residential living experience. The complex is designed to create a natural connection between the residents and to foster genuine and meaningful community life. The common spaces include a gymboree for children, a residents’ room and a fitness room. The complex combines privacy in expansive apartments with warm neighborhood life, and fosters the feeling of a real home – a place where children experience and enjoy a playground and open expanses where each day offers a different experience, and neighborhood community life flows naturally, as if it was always there.
